Luxury direct sale women’s fashion house W by Worth sought new creative direction and strategy for refreshing their model of selling through trunk shows.
The Lombardo team streamlined the brand’s marketing tools into one online portal with app interfaces for sales people. We developed a monthly subscription program in which stylists curated boxes. We shifted the brand from trunk shows to e-com, building a site with more than 1,000 SKUs. And we revitalized the look of the brand with a gorgeous campaign featuring top models.
The streamlined marketing strategy saved $200k per season, and the combined work catapulted Worth New York into one of the top-selling collections of Spring 19.
