PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

LOMBARDO is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories by bringing together film and video footage through thoughtful, creative editing that reflects the vision of our brands and Creative Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate creative concepts into compelling video content—from short-form (15-second product ads) to long-form (up to 2-minute brand films)
• Collaborate with the creative team to align on timelines, narrative structure, and storytelling objectives
• Edit efficiently under deadlines, making strong creative decisions while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Ingest, organize, and manage raw footage from multiple cameras and sources
• Use audio strategically to enhance storytelling, including dialogue, ambient sound, and music (ability to capture original audio is a plus)
• Create motion graphics and animated elements in Adobe After Effects, including titles, captions, and templates
• Perform sound mixing and audio mastering for social and broadcast outputs
• Color correct and grade LOG footage to achieve a polished, cohesive visual aesthetic
