THE CHALLENGE
Switzerland-based luxury real estate developer Centaur Development Group had just broken ground on building South Florida’s first contemporary private estates, centered around a Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf club and a Crystal Lagoon beach club. The gated enclave has preserved 2,400 acres of Florida land to help sustain natural habitats for native species, including the Florida panther.


THE IDEA
The sleek and agile qualities of the Florida panther inspired the naming and logo of Panther National—to represent the central role that a healthy sporting lifestyle will play in the new development. From there we built a look around sophisticated leisure with a European influence.


THE RESULT
Response to the exclusive enclave has been overwhelming. Drawn by the complete package of offerings, advance interest has sales far ahead of schedule.
