Senior Graphic Designer
LOMBARDO is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about coming up with ideas that move, inspire and empower the luxury consumer product industry. As the Senior Graphic Designer at LOMBARDO, you will be the lead creative voice on strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute various creative digital and print projects including promotional campaigns, landing pages, email, banners, print collateral, and more
Creatively collaborate with Copywriters to develop conceptual ideas and thematics directions for campaigns
Deliver stellar, pixel-perfect design that exhibits your creative abilities and mastery of fundamentals for digital and traditional media
Work cross-functionally and within the team to participate in all stages of the design process, communicate timelines and status, ensure the appropriate concepts, themes and messages are represented and present to key stakeholders
Bring value to brainstorming and idea generating sessions through your contributions
Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing design assets, share ideas with key stakeholders and implement across design initiatives
Provide conceptual direction for photo and video shoots, partnering with Studio Photo and Video Art Directors to ensure visuals obtained meet the strategic needs of final creative deliverables
Be an example for other team members by working with multiple teams and owning projects and deadlines
Continuously seeking to understand how your work supports overall business strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of design experience within an external or in house agency or creative department
Ability to weave a strong narrative in presenting and communicating your concepts
Maintain best practices for file and server management, including the consistent application of naming conventions, file/folder organization, versioning control, and production specifications
Maintain Lombardo brand guidelines and design standards
A keen eye for typography, composition and layout hierarchy to develop fresh and innovative designs; illustration skills a plus
Possess a positive attitude when working with colleagues, peers, and internal clients.
Be solutions-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges
Experience with multi-channel initiatives, online and offline
Ability to self-manage; strong time management skills and pacing to deadlines
Ability to present ideas at the executive level, filter feedback with diplomacy and understanding
Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment balancing tight deadlines with great design while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrate proficiency in full Adobe Creative Suite required on a Mac OSX platform

JUNIOR DESIGNER
The Junior Designer will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions that maintain LOMBARDO's vision and creative beliefs– ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigor and flair’. You will work in conjunction with Directors, Senior Designers and fellow Designers, evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. VIDEO & MOTION GRAPHICS
Seeking a talented Video Editor to join our busy team full-time. As a video editor, you will be responsible for bringing together film and video footage, by applying your creative editing techniques that accurately reflect the vision of our brands and creative director.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to follow and translate pre-determined creative ideas and concepts across everything from short 15 second product ads through to longer form 2 minute commercials, into thoughtful, eye catching and engaging social films.
- Discuss project timelines, narrative structure, story goals and more with other creative team members.
- Work to tight deadlines with a team or independently, being able to make quick creative editing decisions, telling specific stories and still maintaining a high quality of work.
- Ingest, organise and work with raw footage from multiple cameras and sources.
- Use audio as a means of elevating a story or edit - dialogue, foley/ambient sound and music. Being able to record and work with own sounds when necessary is a bonus.
- Create animated elements in Affect Effects such as titles, captions, graphics and dynamic templates to give edits additional visual flare when necessary. Any other animation skills is a bonus.
- Sound mix and master audio for various outputs including social media and broadcast.
- Colour correct and grade LOG footage from various cameras to a high level that suits the varying themes and looks of the film at hand.
- Work with and have a strong understanding of the Adobe suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Understand file formats and aspect ratios for certain platforms and the various associated export setting requirements.
- Review and amend edits based on internal and client feedback and be able to chop and change efficiently according to deadlines.

Director of Paid Media
NOTE: This is an in-house position. No remote. No Freelance.

The Director, Paid Social Media is responsible for directing, planning and implementing social media campaigns. Manage the paid social media team, work collaboratively across the integrated planning teams and provide the guidance, support and leadership to empower team/departmental success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Paid Social Media Account Budget 100k+ Monthly
- Drive on-boarding of any clients with a Social Media channel to be activated
- Provide oversight on how to build, scale, and optimize campaigns leveraging best practices - Either directly manage individual Social-only accounts or work collaboratively as part of a holistic media planning team
- Perform technical audits for new and existing business for pitches and identification of additional opportunities
- Participate in cross functional training in and outside of the Social Department, collaborating with Digital, Search, Creative, Organic Social and Account Service teams on strategy and results
- Communicate with clients directly or via Account Services around results, tests, and needs on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Act as the liaison with our agency partners – Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik-Tok, and others
- Coach the team on writing/testing relevant ad copy, creative assets, and assisting with landing page optimization
- Provide on-going updates to the department on new Social technology and platforms, as well as evolving best practices in the space

- Serve as an escalation point for operational and/or client needs
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
- 8-10 years of experience developing strategic Paid Social recommendations and stewarding social media account projects, acting as a client contact
- Deep understanding of advanced analytics and performance media
- Strong familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts
- Exceptionally skilled in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to discuss how those functions can or should be applied relative to the Social Media planning process
- Expert in negotiating and constructing Social Media plans, with understanding of planning, buying and activation
- Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram is crucial, additional platforms preferred
- Exposure to advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social, used both 1st and 3rd party data
- Experience owning the full social strategy process inclusive of working with partners, clients and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and “sell through” ideas both internally and to Clients, while coaching team members on these skills
- Comfort owning and managing budget/investment levels in Social Media across multiple accounts

Account Executive

We’re looking for an Account Executive to create impact with our client in our West Palm Beach office. Please note that this position will be based in our office post-Covid; it is not a remote position.We require 1-2 years of previous marketing or agency experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day project management in collaboration with the Account Manager
- Fuel inter-department relationships between account leadership, creative and other functions
- Proactively lead the work by thinking ahead and providing the team with the information and assets needed to deliver an assignment with excellence
- Develop project critical paths and timelines
- Manage budgets, completing programs within estimated hours and costs
- Manage electronic job jackets/billing information
