Looking for an Internship?

Less like Draper – more like Wolf.

LOMBARDO brings on interns from a variety of academic backgrounds throughout the year. Internship requirements vary among roles and studios, so please be sure to read the posting carefully before applying.

We value our interns, as they work alongside our full time employees to tackle challenges, and make real impact on LOMBARDO’s projects and culture. While not guaranteed, many interns have later become LOMBARDO employees. Interning at LOMBARDO is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and have a lot of fun.

Most of our internships last three months, beginning in June and running through the end of the summer when the school year starts. Depending on the discipline and need, some of our internships last six months, and we hire for these roles throughout the year.

All internships are paid, and we do not expect applicants to work for free.

Successful candidates display exceptional skill and can demonstrate high-quality work in the domain of the internship they have applied for. We consider candidates who are passionate about their area of specialization, and who demonstrate a clear point-of-view relating to their work. LOMBARDO has a team-oriented, collaborative culture, and we want students who both play well with others while being self-directed.

Our interns work alongside our full-time employees on real LOMBARDO projects. Your time will likely include brainstorms, prototyping, in-context observations, and everything else we love about design. It may include client meetings, presentations, and travel. It will not include getting Starbucks or food runs, unless of course you get hungry or need a caffeine boost for yourself.

All applications must take place through our website’s intern page ( You should only apply to internships for which you qualify. Applying for positions you don’t qualify for will raise red flags for the recruiting team. When applying, please include a resume and cover letter. Design applicants should include a PDF or URL for an electronic portfolio. Attachments must be formatted as a text-based Adobe PDF, PowerPoint, or Word document.

Your application will be reviewed, and someone on the recruiting team will reach out directly if they’d like to schedule an interview. Should your application match the role requirements, you will likely hear from someone in recruiting within a month of applying.

“Lombardo Partners, granted me the opportunity to learn, hands-on, the hard work that goes into rebranding a company. This agency focusses heavily on creative teamwork, and it is because of this that we were able to accomplish so much over a short period of time. All in all, Lombardo provides a high level of customer service, expertise, innovation, flexibility, and respect. Thank You, Lombardo Partners for such an incredible summer learning experience!”

Never would I have imagined gaining as much experience and knowledge as I did at my summer internship with Lombardo & Partners Agency. They not only taught me critical skills that I am proud to add to my resume, but how to work alongside a team in a creative and hardworking environment.

“Working for Lombardo this summer was such an unexpected delightful experience. It was so rewarding to discover such a talented studio in the heart of West Palm Beach. I got a real perspective at what it takes to make your life your work, and not your work your life. At its core, the entire agency is ran with elegance, enthusiasm, optimism, courage, but importantly with love. The studio has a special kind of balance that pushes you while having fun, making everyday a new journey to look forward to”.
